As part of our recent refurbishment of our conferences and events facilities, we’ve made significant investments in state-of-the-art AV, creating a smooth, seamless and customisable event experience.

AV Equipment

This includes:

  • Complimentary super-fast WiFi throughout The Venue
  • Customisable, colour-changing LED lighting, perfect for themed events or to create an on-brand feel using your corporate colours
  • 10” touchscreen control in each room to control the lighting
  • Screens in each room, which can use Clickshare
  • Digital screens throughout The Venue, which can use your branding and event information
  • Live streaming capabilities, perfect for colleagues who are further afield or can’t make the event
  • Microphones, lecturns, comfort monitors and extra screens as needed

Both our Woburn Forest and Sherwood Forest conference venues feature high-quality, fully integrated AV systems that are easy to use and designed to support a seamless event experience.

If your event requires additional technical support or enhanced production services, we can arrange professional AV assistance. You’re also welcome to bring your own equipment or production team if preferred.
