Temporary closure of all Center Parcs villages
Updated 28th May 2020
In light of the ongoing coronavirus concerns in the UK, we understand that there are a number of people out of businesses at the moment and potentially still will be in the coming months. This together with ongoing uncertainty on group gatherings, has led us to make the difficult decision that unfortunately Center Parcs will not be in a position to deliver Conferences and Events in 2020.
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our absolute priority and we feel that this decision supports the government phased reopening plans.
This time will also allow us to explore the changes we need to make to ensure we can safely welcome our corporate guests. Our planning is underway to consider the future Center Parcs experience and ensure that we can open with appropriate social distancing and additional cleaning in place. We know we will have to make changes but we are confident that we can adapt and still offer a great experience.
We very much look forward to welcoming back our corporate guests for their Conferences and Events in 2021!
What does this mean for existing bookings?
Existing bookings will be contacted individually with the options available to them.
Can I contact you?
Our Contact Centre is currently closed. This means that we cannot accept any inbound calls from our guests.
We do have a small team working from home during the closure period, so please use the following email address email@example.com to contact us, but as the team is reduced it is taking us longer than we would like to get back to our guests.
We’re so sorry but our response times will be much slower than usual right now.
