Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire
A unique 400-acre forest setting packed full of history. Set deep in the Nottinghamshire countryside, Sherwood Forest is the original UK Center Parcs village, famous for being home to the infamous Robin Hood. This East Midlands location is accessible from all over the UK, with the A1 and M1 in easy reach and London just a 90-minute train journey away.
Nestled in the heart of the forest and overlooking the iconic lake is The Venue. Home to first-class facilities and versatile spaces, we can accommodate up to 600 people theatre-style or up to 500 for a gala dinner. Here, you’ll find a total of five suites, which can be used individually or as one large, flexible space. One step outside The Venue will lead you along a pathway to the Village Square, where you’ll discover our hub of shopping and restaurants – including high-street favourites Café Rouge and Bella Italia. For kick-starting your day or refuelling in between meetings, Starbucks is also located nearby.
There’s an extensive range of team building activities too. Whether it’s indoors or outdoors, challenging or calm and creative, we’ve something for everyone. Not forgetting the newly updated Subtropical Swimming Paradise and our award-winning Aqua Sana Spa.
