Yes, you can book a one night stay as part of a corporate event.

We have more than 2,000 bedrooms at each village, with a variety of accommodation including mutli room lodges, apartments and luxurious Treehouses, all in the heart of the forest. At Woburn Forest we also have a 75-bedroom hotel which is ideally located adjacent to The Venue.

Yes, you can come for the day as part of a corporate event booking as a Day Delegate, which enables you to stay on village until 10pm to utilise our wide range of facilities, restautants and activities. You can also come on a day pass if you are visiting friends or family who are on a Center Parcs break. Unfortunately we do not offer day passes in any other circumstances.

Sherwood Forest – The closest mainline station is Newark Northgate  (20 Miles)

Woburn Forest – The closest mainline station is Flitwick Train Station (3 miles). We have a free shuttle bus available on Monday and Friday only from Flitwick to Woburn forest. 

If your event includes activities, you’ll need to bring comfortable footwear and suitable outdoor clothing. Remember to bring a water bottle so you can refill this at the water stations in The Venue. We provide environmentally friendly pencils and notepads in The Venue but we'd love it if you brought your own. When staying overnight for your event, please bring your toiletries - we don’t supply these, but they can be purchased from ParcMarket, our on-village supermarket.

Yes, there are more than 1,000 complimentary car parking spaces available at each village, plus over 100 EV charging spaces, which are pre bookable and chargeable. 

Yes, we have free WiFi in all our public areas and accommodation. We also have free superfast WiFi throughout The Venue. 

We have a conferences and events space, The Venue, at both Sherwood Forest and Woburn Forest. We don’t offer conference facilities at our other UK villages (Whinfell Forest, Elveden Forest, Longleat Forest) or our Ireland village (Longford Forest), but we do still allow for accommodation group bookings. Please contact us to book a large group booking.

We offer corporate events in The Venue, but we don’t host family events or personal events such as weddings and funerals.

No, we don’t offer exclusive use of our villages, but you can book exclusive hire of The Venue for a corporate event at Sherwood Forest or Woburn Forest.

No, unfortunately we do not allow dogs in The Venue, except assistance dogs.

Yes, both of our conference spaces at Sherwood Forest and Woburn Forest are fully accessible, with lifts to upper floors and accessible toilets. We also have accessible lodges with accessible features including ramp access, lowered worktops, an electric bed and more.

Our standard bar closing time is midnight, although this can be extended until 1am for a supplement.

As standard, our packages include one handheld (radio/wireless) or lapel microphone for the main plenary, an inbuilt screen, ceiling-mounted projector and LED lighting with your preference of colour. An AV technician is available at both villages on request (for an extra charge), as well as any additional equipment you may want such as repeater screens, uplighters etc.

Not necessarily, although you can book this if required! This will depend on the size of your event – if you’ve booked an individual meeting room or multiple event spaces, you may be sharing the space with other corporate event clients. For large events, you can book exclusive hire of The Venue.
