Relaunching The Venue at Woburn Forest

Showcasing The Venue

On Thursday 10 November, we held a daytime and evening event to showcase Woburn Forest’s refurbished conference and event space, The Venue, to agency partners and clients. It was truly wonderful to see everyone enjoying the beautifully redesigned space, spending time together, and feeling the benefits of being in nature.

Exploring the forest

During the daytime event, agency partners and clients discovered the flexible workspaces and event spaces at The Venue, and spent some time exploring the forest. Our Corporate Events team led a number of tours around the site – some of them walked a whopping 35,000 steps during the course of the day!

Discovering Center Parcs

Attendees even got the chance to visit Aqua Sana Spa and enjoy its 25 innovative, nature-inspired spa experiences, as well as testing their aim in some fun archery taster sessions. They also explored Winter Wonderland, a magical snowy playground filled with cheeky elves, spectacular installations and festive experiences.

The evening event

The evening event provided an opportunity for networking and socialising, with champagne and canapes, live music from a saxophonist and a gala dinner from our conferences and events menu. Autumn-inspired theming by Eventologists transformed the blank canvas space into a spectacular seasonal setting that complemented the forest surroundings and provided the perfect backdrop for the event.
