You'll find a variety of versatile event spaces suitable for events of all sizes: conference space, function rooms, private dining rooms, seminar rooms and meeting spaces, all in the heart of the beautiful woodland. The Venue can accommodate up to 600 delegates at Woburn Forest, and 550 at Sherwood Forest.
Alongside our dedicated conference space and facilities, you’ll find a range of onsite luxury accommodation, a wide variety of restaurants and cafes as well as corporate catering options, plus a range of team building and group activities - all in a beautiful 400-acre forest setting.

The Venue is home to a variety of flexible event spaces ideal for large and small events. From glittering gala dinners for 600 people to smaller private event spaces or seminar rooms for a meeting, you can take your pick from a variety of rooms with customisable layouts, or book exclusive hire of the entire venue.
Professional spaces for coporate parties and meetings
Both venues have moveable walls, allowing us to cater for different group sizes. This makes them ideal for meetings including training days, AGMs and board meetings. You can also bring your team together for a gala dinner, awards ceremony, special celebration or corporate party. The Venue has blank canvas spaces which can be transformed by bespoke theming, can accommodate evening entertainment such as DJs and live music, and offers a specially designed gala dinner menu and a fully stocked bar.

As part of our refurbishment of our conferences and events facilities, we’ve made significant investments in state-of-the-art AV, creating a smooth, seamless and customisable event experience. This includes complimentary super-fast WiFi, customisable, colour-changing LED lighting for themed events, digital screens, live streaming capabilities and much more.
